We leveraged AWS Cloud Auto Scale for hosting online ordering API and Middleware to cater adhoc requests without compromising app performance.

Previous mobile app had issues and customers were facing challenges while ordering Domino's Pizza via Mobile App leading to significant failed orders and bad customer satisfaction.

Finding near-by-store was a cumbersome process as user was required to enter city, locality, sub-locality in a linear manner.
App was not scalable enough to meet growing demand of supporting approx. 10000 concurrent a linear manner users.

Redesigned UI/UX of the app considering the branding guidelines and material design principles.
Simplified customer journey while interacting the app for better user experience.
Integration of analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, ClevarTap and Google Analytics to capture user behaviour.
Amazon Web Service (AWS) was configured to host MFP and Online Ordering APIs to improve app performance, and reduce downtime.
Three fold increase in sales revenue through mobile app.
Improved customer experience and engagement resulted in increased app ratings on google play from 3.3 to 3.9 within a span one year.
Store auto detection reduced store selection time and store identification issues eventually increased number of orders.
User analytics data helped Domino's understanding customer behaviour and running effective promotion and campaigns to maximize the return of investment on advertisements and increased orders.
Performance of the app is stable and app is able to handle close to 15000 concurrent users.
