Schindler India faced significant challenges managing work permits and EHS compliance across its multi-site operations. Manual safety workflows led to delays in permit approvals, non-standardised documentation and poor visibility across job sites, while paper-based processes slowed permit lifecycles from creation to closure and increased the risk of human error. Fragmented EHS communication between departments created audit gaps and reduced compliance traceability.
