Project Overview
We leveraged enterprise IBM MobileFirst Hybrid Platform to build robust and scalable solutions and simplified the customer journey giving seamless app experience.
We leveraged AWS Cloud Auto Scale for hosting online ordering API and Middleware to cater adhoc requests without compromising app performance.
What Customer Gets?
Previous mobile app had issues and customers were facing challenges while ordering Domino's Pizza via Mobile App leading to significant failed orders and bad customer satisfaction.
Concerns of keeping every possible features so as to coping up with dynamic pace of technology and giving a distinguished experience to customers all the time
Finding near-by-store was a cumbersome process as user was required to enter city, locality, sub-locality in a linear manner.
App was not scalable enough to meet growing demand of supporting approx. 10000 concurrent a linear manner users.

Redesigned UI/UX of the app considering the branding guidelines and material design principles.

Amazon Web Service (AWS) was configured to host MFP and Online Ordering APIs to improve app performance, and reduce downtime.
