Home healthcare at scale is a coordination and compliance problem.
Home healthcare sounds straightforward until you try to build it at scale. A patient in recovery might need a doctor visit today, a caregiver for the next two weeks and medical equipment delivered by Thursday. Three different providers, three different availability windows, one patient expecting it all to work together. Building a platform that handles that coordination reliably through a single digital experience is genuinely hard.
The data layer adds another dimension. Healthcare platforms handling patient records, clinical histories and care interactions need to meet health data security standards that vary by geography but share a common foundation: encryption, access controls, consent management and audit-ready logging. Medical equipment requests include availability verification, delivery coordination and setup management.
