The business challenge
Meter reading at utility scale is a data quality and logistics problem.

Physical meter visits by field teams are resource-intensive and not always practical across a customer base of two million. Customer self-service for meter submission only works if the process is simple enough to complete reliably on a mobile phone and the data integrates cleanly with downstream billing.
