About the client
TTM (To The Moment)
TTM, To The Moment, is a mental health and wellness company building a platform where people can access practitioners through secure consultation, engage with topic-based communities and find support through both professional and peer channels. The Lyfe by TTM platform serves both practitioners and users, with separate but connected experiences for each. Practitioners maintain profiles, manage availability and conduct secure consultations. Users find practitioners, join discussion communities, book appointments and access mental health content, all within one application.
The business challenge
Mental health platforms demand architectural privacy, not add-on security.
Mental health platforms carry design requirements that general communication or booking applications are not built for. Conversations between a user and a practitioner are clinically sensitive. They need to be private, encrypted and handled in a way that users trust completely from the first interaction. Community discussion spaces need moderation and structure so that peer support works safely. And the data architecture underneath all of it needs to meet health data privacy standards, because the information being shared is personal health information by any reasonable definition.
TTM needed a platform that could hold both the clinical consultation channel and the community engagement channel in one place without compromising the security standards of either. Getting that right requires architectural decisions, not feature decisions. It also requires a technology partner who understands the regulatory environment well enough to build for compliance from the start rather than retrofitting it after delivery.
What Triazine Software built
Clinical care and community, held to the same security standard.
Triazine Software built Lyfe by TTM across iOS and Android — practitioner and user experiences in one application, encrypted consultations with moderated community rooms, and content, ratings and platform operations for the TTM team.
One application, two connected experiences
Practitioners have profiles with credentials, specialisations, availability and follower counts. Users browse practitioners, review profiles and book appointments directly through the platform. Appointment scheduling manages availability, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling without external coordination.
- Practitioner profiles — credentials, specialisations, availability and follower counts
- Direct booking — users browse, review and book within the platform
- Full scheduling — availability, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling, no external coordination
Encrypted consultations and moderated community rooms
Secure one-to-one consultation chat is the core clinical interaction channel. Conversations between users and practitioners are encrypted end-to-end, accessible only to the two parties involved. Discussion rooms provide the community layer, with topic-based spaces where users engage with mental health and wellness conversations in a moderated group environment alongside peers and practitioners.
- End-to-end encryption — consultations accessible only to the two parties involved
- Topic-based rooms — structured community spaces for mental health and wellness conversations
- Moderated environment — peer support alongside practitioners, kept safe by design
Content publishing, quality signals and platform operations
Practitioners and users publish articles through the content system with category tagging, formatting tools and a publishing workflow that makes content accessible to the broader community. The rating and feedback system gives users a quality signal when choosing between practitioners. Administration tools give the TTM team platform monitoring, moderation management and operational reporting across all channels.
- Content system — category tagging, formatting tools and a publishing workflow
- Rating & feedback — a quality signal for users choosing between practitioners

Clinical trust and community engagement, in one application.
Verified outcomes only — platform capabilities delivered for Lyfe by TTM.
◈For users and practitioners
The Lyfe by TTM platform holds secure clinical consultation and community engagement in a single application. Practitioners manage availability, conduct encrypted consultations and engage with the community through their profiles. Users find practitioners, book appointments, join topic discussions and access mental health content without switching between applications.
◎For trust and the community
The encrypted one-to-one consultation channel meets the privacy standard users require to engage with sensitive mental health conversations digitally. Community discussion rooms provide a structured peer support environment alongside the clinical channel. The content publishing system gives practitioners a way to contribute to the community beyond individual consultations, building their profile and providing value to a wider audience.
Technology landscape
Built to a higher security bar than messaging or scheduling apps.
